Tai Chi
Today, Tai Chi a slow form martial art, is practiced mostly for it's health benefits. Tai Chi increases muscle tone, joint flexibility, and a sense of self. It decreases the symptoms of Parkinson's, lowers blood pressure and decreases stress hormones. Harvard University says "This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life."
You already have all that you need to attend a class! Simply bring yourself! No special equipment, no special clothing...just be comfortable!
