A small gathering of supportive women with an intention of losing weight thru mindfulness, self discovery & education
What if losing weight is simply a process of making new agreements with yourself? Framed by the book “The Four Agreements," by Don Miguel Ruiz, we will gather weekly in support of one another by sharing our stories and increasing our food knowledge. As with all Robin's Mindful Nest sessions we will end with a guided Mindfulness & Sound Meditation.
One thing for sure, you're going to feel better when you leave!
